Our Mission

The core of Battered Not Broken, Inc. is providing advocacy through promoting empowerment, support, resources & education for those victimized by domestic abuse as they overcome the challenging journey of recovery. Reinforcement of positive, inspirational encouragement through mentorship, education & advocacy creates the starting line of support needed to restore human consciousness, which is essential for re-establishing boundaries and healthy, safe behaviors. These key components are vital in overcoming the trauma of abuse and its re-occurrence in future relationships.

A Season of Healing — A Glow of Hope

Giving Tuesday was the kickoff to our Glow of Hope holiday campaign, and the support we received has already made a powerful impact. We’re keeping the campaign open through December 31st to continue providing warmth, safety, and healing to survivors during one of the hardest times of the year.

• Safety planning and advocacy
• Grounding tools, journals, and healing materials
• Crisis assistance (as funding allows), such as lodging, transportation, lock changes, and emergency needs
• Referrals and connections to essential community resources
• Prevention workshops, empowerment sessions, and education programs
